Personal Coaching – How it Works
Whether you are a stay-at-home Mom or you work outside of the home, I can help you navigate the important questions about the direction you want to take: More volunteering, less volunteering? Back to school? Back to work? Start a new business? Improve your fitness?
As an objective, non-judgmental sounding board for your ideas I’ll help you evaluate your options and then create a realistic action plan. As your coach, I’ll also serve as the ‘positive motivating force’ to help you stay focused on the important things in life that you otherwise might find it easy to procrastinate on.
I offer a variety of programs that are both practical and affordable. Whether you prefer to work one on one or with a small group, you can select the program that’s right for you.
