All of my programs are customized accordingly so they fit your particular needs.

In-home Personal Training
All it takes is 55 minutes. We can do this either inside your home or outside, whichever you prefer. Don’t worry. I wear a mask and wipe everything down. My workouts and personal training sessions are creative and intuitively crafted to address your individual needs.
Don’t have any equipment at home? Don’t worry; I’ll bring the gym to you!
Virtual Zoom Training
I offer virtual 30-minute or 55-minute personal training sessions. My Zoom sessions are very efficient since there is not as much moving between sets and no equipment changes. I recommend 55 minutes, but you can start with a half-hour and move up from there.
Partner Training
Partner training sessions are varied and yet appropriate for both you and your fellow exercise partner. They are 55 minutes, either in-person or on Zoom. Working with a partner can make you push harder than if you were exercising alone.
Small Group Training
This is a fun way to exercise and at a lower financial investment too. My small group training program is suitable for 3 to 6 people, either inside or out, or if the group prefers, on Zoom.

Walk ‘n Talk Life Coaching
If you’re feeling over-anxious or simply stuck but still want to keep your body moving, my Walk ‘n Talk life coaching program is made for you. The combination of nature, exercise and one-on-one coaching is designed to help you declutter your mind and find clarity.
Regular coaching sessions are also offered via phone or Zoom. Or try my new personal training and coaching combination packages.
